I had a great experiece here. Lived for almost a year. A nice access to Downtown Norfolk and gas station right across from the apartment! I had a one bedroom and having all utilities included was perfect. Especially for a first apartment seeker!

Great place - nice amenities (dog park, pool, gym, clubhouse), parking, highly walkable and bikable, close to so many restaurants and shops, Byrd Park, and, the maintenance is great! Great community.
